We distinguish different types of personal data. They allow us to present and offer our products and services:

  • User information: allows us to identify or contact you. For example: your name, your address, your phone numbers, your language preference, your gender, your e-mail addresses, your participation in our promotions, your use of our websites, your company, your position;
  • Traffic data: we need this technical data in order for our electronic communications to run smoothly, such as your IP address.
  • Sensitive data: we do not process sensitive data.

Why do we collect this data?

We process personal data for a variety of reasons, each time processing only the data necessary to achieve our purpose. With your consent, to the extent required, we collect personal data for the following specific purposes:

If there are technical problems or failures on our part, we should be able to notify you.

To inform you about our products, services and activities.

We may use your information to inform you about existing and new products, services, special promotions, workshops, events, job opportunities and others, to engage in direct marketing or to build a profile about you so that we can inform you about things we think may be of interest to you. We can do this in writing, electronically or by phone. We also use your information for the newsletters you subscribe to. You will receive communications by e-mail only if you have given your explicit consent, to the extent required. We can also analyze your browsing and reading habits and create content for our websites or newsletters that suits your needs.
