Who is this track for?

If, as a manager, you find it difficult to resolve the growing pains of the employees on your team, or if you experience that they can no longer be coached by you in full confidence, it is best to step into JDI’s individual coaching program. In this way, you are in a strong position to grow the employees on your team to additional responsibility as well.

The trajectory in a nutshell

Individual coaching focuses on the coachee’s professional development goals. Setting, working out and achieving these goals tailored to the coachee are the subject of the sessions. Therefore, each individual coaching program will therefore differ from each other but the general cornerstones remain.
