Duties and responsibilities
You will help your clients with a contemporary approach to team development, leadership development and change processes.
In doing so, you have a broad pallet of methods or methodologies that you bring into projects in a pragmatic way.
You will do this in close consultation with our senior consultants.
As a mentor and coach, you will lead several projects in the right direction and guide our clients from A to B with thorough and actionable advice.
Quality is your primary concern in this regard. You provide your clients with insight into the added value of our activities.
Qualifications and skills
Interested in people, teams and organizations.
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Experience in HR as an HR Business Partner or Learning & Development Partner.
Additional insights from various sources: Insights Practitioner or equivalent, Lencioni, Agile, etc.
Experience in coaching and training teams.
Bilingual or trilingual (NL, FR, ENG).
