Insights Discovery personal growth

Get to know yourself and use that self-knowledge to connect with others in a better way. Insights Discovery allows you to achieve faster, better and more sustainable results together in a professional context. The methodology was developed more than 20 years ago and assumes that people have deep-seated social preferences. Insights Discovery shows the influence of those preferences on your leadership style, on your dealings with others and your added value to a team.

Who is this training for?

For anyone who wants to learn about their behavioral preferences in order to achieve better cooperation in the workplace. Sometimes you always run into the same problems with the same colleague. Through the Insights Discovery personal growth training you will find out why. And how to better address those problems in the future.

Program

Part 1

Online questionnaire

The Insights Discovery personal growth training starts with an online questionnaire to analyze your behavioral preferences. Based on this, you will receive a personal and detailed profile, focusing on personal qualities and development points. It also contains suggestions for better communication and leadership.

Part 2

Personal profile

After completing the online survey, our Insights Discovery accredited facilitators go over the areas of concern and teach you to understand your own profile, and that of colleagues. In this way, you will not only get to know yourself better, but you will also perform better in a business context.

Practical

To offer participants a neutral location away from the office, we partner with LofttoBe. Their inspiring spaces give oxygen to any team event.
