Adapt your leadership style to the maturity and desire of your employees

Day 3

How do you recognize and deal with emotions?

Emotion management workshop around empathy and EQ, recognizing and dealing with different emotions and why this is crucial for executives

Day 4

How do you develop your employees through coaching?

Understanding how coaching works. Understanding coaching skills and attitudes and working with the GROW method

Day 5

How do you deal with change and resistance?

Understanding how change works with the ADKAR model, what roles you have as a leader with CLARC. Insights into resistance with Kubler Ross

In conclusion, 6 sessions of individual counseling and coaching with ICF coaches
