Creating impact through non-commercial colleagues
Customers come in contact with your organization in a variety of ways. And often they have already made a decision even before they contact your salespeople. The buying process has become much more digital and sellers have to make extra efforts to remain credible.
The more entire your organization is customer-centric, the more likely you are to achieve commercial success. Every colleague who comes into contact with customers can have a positive effect on that customer relationship. But often they don’t realize this, nor do they want to be “the salesman.
During this course, we will look at what interactions there are with customers and how colleagues can become more impactful during those interactions. It is hands-on training and colleagues create their own action list to apply themselves.
Who is this track for?
Any colleague who comes into contact with customers. Commercial employees are also welcome but we focus more on non-commercial employees. No prior knowledge is required for the Creating Impact with Clients course.
The training in a nutshell
In this one-day training, we teach how to leverage the whole business for greater commercial success. We discuss the five moments of interaction with customers and how to create more impact there as non-commercial colleagues.
